William Charles Saunders

William Charles Saunders, 75, passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2025.

He was the son of the late Ralph Saunders of Newfoundland and Barbara McPhee of P.E.I, Canada. William was a U.S. Navy Veteran, born and raised in Chelsea and attended Chelsea High School. He had an asbestos removal business and sponsored a national softball team called S.A.S.

William is survived by his son, Jared Saunders of No. Andover; brother, Frank Saunders of Saugus; also leaves three grandchildren, Mikaylah Saunders of N. Berwick, ME, and Noah and Aiden Saunders of No. Andover; and four nephews. William was also the father of the late Erik Saunders of Dunedin, FL and brother to the late Gary Saunders of Quincy.
