Wayne Elliott, III

Wayne Elliott, III, 29, of Haverhill, passed away peacefully on November 11, 2025. He was born on July 20, 1996, in Haverhill, to Carrie Jean Fuller. Raised in Haverhill, he was the heart of a close and loving family, and was treasured by all who knew him. His contagious smile and gentle spirit touched countless lives, from his extended family to the dedicated caregivers at Haverhill Public Schools, Seven Hills Pediatric Center in Groton, Boston Children’s Hospital, exceptional nurses and in-home caregivers Jodi, Carol, Angela, and Davia, whose devotion enriched his journey and ours. Throughout his life, Wayne overcame tremendous medical challenges with unwavering courage, always a fighter, always an inspiration. What many saw as a disability, Wayne transformed into a remarkable ability to bring people together, teaching everyone around him how to be better, kinder, and more compassionate. A proud Red Sox and sports fan, Wayne was the joyful center of family gatherings, brightening every room simply by being in it.

Wayne is survived by his loving mother and stepfather, Carrie Jean Fuller and Robert Whittier Chester II of Haverhill; his brother Thomas Bergeron of Haverhill; and his step siblings Layla and Ryan Bergeron of Raymond, NH. He leaves behind his grandparents Barbara and Ronald Fuller of Haverhill; his aunts and uncles Deven Fuller and Ricky Fuller of Haverhill, and Brian Fuller and Tara Fuller of Fredericksburg, VA; and his great grandmother Janet Fuller of Haverhill.

Wayne will also be deeply missed by his cousins Ronald and Kevin Fuller of Haverhill, Connor McNeil of Haverhill, and Stephen, Grace, Hannah, and Timothy Fuller of Fredericksburg, VA, along with many other wonderful loving relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19, in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 So. Main Street, Haverhill, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
