Theresa (Proulx) Moore

Theresa Moore, 95, of Haverhill MA passed peacefully on Sunday, February 15, 2026, in her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Theresa was born Theresa Dorothy Proulx on October 3, 1930 to parents Denis and Amelia (Larochelle) Proulx of Amesbury MA.

She graduated from St. Joseph’s School of Nursing where she began her life-long career of over 40 years as a Registered Nurse caring for others.

Theresa had a true servant’s heart that touched many lives throughout her nursing career, as well as in her retirement years in Florida where she volunteered at the local hospital, cared for people in her retirement community, as well as volunteered faithfully at her church.

Her pride and joy were her 5 children, Barry Grenier and his partner Bronwyn Della-Volpe; Renee (Grenier) McClelland and her husband Richard; Jolyne (Grenier) Buckley and her husband Timothy; James Grenier and his partner Kimberly Fisher; Laurie (Grenier) Dow and her husband Conrad (Chuck), as well as her 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren, all who loved and adored her.

She is also survived by her loving sister Helene Ryan, sister-in-law Mary Proulx, and many nieces and nephews who loved their Auntie Theresa.

Theresa will always be remembered and cherished for her kindness, cheerfulness and loving spirit!
