Ryan Jeremy Paddy passed away on August 1, 2025, in Haverhill, Massachusetts. Born on December 13, 1973, in Salisbury, Maryland, Ryan spent his formative years in Baltimore before pursuing a degree in Studio Interrelated Media at the Massachusetts College of Art, graduating in 2002. His life was deeply intertwined with art, a passion he passed on to his son, Aidan, who is set to begin his studies in Design Illustration at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
Ryan moved to the Boston area at the age of twenty-one, where he would spend the remainder of his life. He married Sarah May Stanley, with whom he shared twenty years of marriage filled with love and creativity. Together, they had a son, Aidan, who is eighteen years old. Ryan is also survived by his parents, Richard G and Mary P Paddy of Little River, South Carolina. His family extended along the East Coast, including many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Professionally, Ryan was a valued member of the Iron Workers Local 7, where he formed lasting friendships and connections. His work was not just a job but a canvas, bringing his creative flair to each project. Notably, he transformed a vacant synagogue into a beautiful home for his family, showcasing his ability to turn the ordinary into something extraordinary.
Ryan’s hobbies reflected his creative and adventurous spirit. He was an avid artist and builder, often seen creating masterpieces from scrap materials. His love for cooking and experimenting with various spices brought joy and delicious meals to those around him. Ryan also cherished time spent at the beach and enjoyed the company of birds, finding beauty in the simple pleasures of nature.
Ryan's warmth, creativity, and zest for life left a profound impact on everyone he met. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
