Richard Rossetti, Sr.

HAVERHILL - Richard Rossetti, Sr., 92, lifelong Haverhill resident, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 12, 2021.

Richard was born in Haverhill, MA, son of the late Anthony J. and Madeline (Severance) Rossetti, Sr. He leaves his beloved wife of 72 years Lucille (Tremblay) Rossetti; sons N. Rick Rossetti, Jr. and Stephen Scott Rossetti; daughter Gina Marie Rossetti of Florida; grandson Logan Silva of Danville, NH and granddaughter Danielle Rossetti-Eaton; great-grandchildren Madison, Kyleigh, Christian and Skylar of Amesbury, MA; brother Carmen and wife Dianne Rossetti of Atkinson, NH; plus many cousins, nephews and nieces.

Richard known by nickname "Bucky" worked since he was 13 years old for former Lagasse Amusement Co., Eagle Wood Heel Co., Brentwood Furniture Co., various trucking companies in MA and NH as Mechanic, Driver and Box Loader. He worked at Haverhill High School as a Custodian and later as Senior Custodian at St. James School for 22 years. His Hobbies included small engine repair of all lawnmowers, snowblowers, chainsaws and other equipment. He was an all around "Genius Fix-it Man" at repairing. Bucky and Lucille loved ballroom dancing and often went 3 to 5 times a week for over 30 years. He is sadly missed by all, especially his wife Lucille, family and friends. Richard is predeceased by his siblings Anthony Rossetti, Paul Rossetti, Edward Rossetti, David Rossetti, Elizabeth Collinge and Barbara Raymond.
