Paul P. Worobey

TOPSFIELD - Paul P Worobey, 86, passed away August 3, 2024 at Beverly Hospital surrounded by his family.

He was born in Revere, MA the son of Paul and Mary (Zacharchuk) Worobey. Paul married his wife of 60 years Virginia (Saunders) Worobey in April of 1964.

Paul is survived by his four children; Margaret Helmke and husband Steve, Bryant Worobey and wife Lisa, Robert Worobey and wife Kathy and Katy (Worobey) Mitchell and husband Mark. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; Ericka Worobey, Nicholas Worobey and wife Brittany, David Searle and wife Kayla, Kaitlyn Greene and husband Josh; Jacqueline, Alison and Alexis Mitchell. In addition, six great grandchildren; Sophia Julien, Edison and Eilee Searle, Bryson and Maeve Worobey and Jackson Greene.

Paul was a member of Local 103 IBEW for 66 years. Paul was a devoted husband and father; he was quick-witted with a great sense of humor and always made people smile.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 15, in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 S. Main Street, Haverhill from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Services with U.S. Navy Honors will be offered graveside in Pine Grove Cemetery,  Haverhill Road, Topsfield at 12:30 PM. For guestbook, visit www.driscollcares.com
