Obituary

SEABROOK BEACH, NH - Patricia N. (Pelletier) Mooradian passed away peacefully at her home in Seabrook Beach, NH, surrounded by family, on September 1, 2023, at the age of 85.

Born in Lawrence, Massachusetts on March 31, 1938 to Rene and Bertha (Urbsho) Pelletier, Patricia spent her early years in Haverhill, Salisbury, and Newburyport. After graduating from Newburyport High School, Patricia lived and worked in Boston. She met her husband, Louis Mooradian Jr., at Salisbury Beach where he was a lifeguard. The two married in 1957 at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Storrs, CT, on the University of Connecticut campus. Patricia, Louis, and their two daughters, Kimberly and Lisa, moved to Wethersfield, Connecticut, where Patricia volunteered in her daughters’ schools, as well as for various charity organizations and clubs. In 1971, the family moved to Wilton, Connecticut where they remained until their daughters graduated high school. From there, the couple went on to live in Park Ridge, New Jersey, and Alameda, California. In 1978, the couple purchased the family summer home at their beloved Seabrook Beach, NH and eventually retired there, where they enjoyed gathering with  family and friends. Patricia adored the beach and spent many hours enjoying the sun and the ocean with loved ones.

Patricia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt; she lived a full life brimming with love and laughter. She was an avid traveler, reader, cook, gardener, bowler, and tennis player. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Patricia is survived by her husband of 66 years, Louis Mooradian Jr., her daughter Kimberly Mooradian Audy and her husband Thomas Audy, her daughter Lisa Mooradian Linnehan and her husband Timothy Linnehan, six grandchildren: Thomas J. Audy, Michael Audy, Marissa Audy, Ashley Linnehan, Arianna Audy, Elise Linnehan, and two great-granddaughters: Leighton and Vitaliya. Patricia is also survived by her elder brother Gary Pelletier and his wife Shirley, her younger brother Kent Pelletier, several nieces and nephews, and beloved extended family members.

Patricia is predeceased by her younger sister, Sandra (Pelletier) DiGiovanni, her nephew Keith DiGiovanni, and her sister in law Paula Pelletier, wife of Kent.
