Michael Angelo Angeloni

HAVERHILL - Michael Angeloni, 71, of Haverhill, MA, passed away peacefully at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen on January 17, 2024 after a brief illness. He spent his final days surrounded by his family and loving wife Theresa.  

As a youth, Michael was a drummer playing with various rock bands. He spent a lot of time with his sister Rosemarie at Salisbury Beach and visiting relatives in New York. He worked at AT&T/Lucent Technologies until its closing.  He eventually retired from Wyeth Pharmaceuticals .  

Michael married Theresa, the love of his life, in the fall of 1981. They were both born and raised in Haverhill and stayed near their families. Michael was a dedicated father to his children and they meant the world to him.

Michael loved to play cards, golfing, and taking care of the family pets. Of all his roles, Michael's favorite was "Grampa".  He was a loving and doting grandfather to all of his grandchildren. Michael was always eager to spend time with them, taking them to play outside, swimming in the family pool, or walking along the beach. Michael never missed a concert or event, he was always in the crowd cheering them on. One of Michael's favorite spots to visit was Newburyport, MA. He will be missed beyond what we can express.

Michael is preceded in death by his father Samuel and his mother Rose. He is survived by his wife Theresa, his sister Rosemarie, his children Christopher and his wife Abby, his daughter Laurie and her husband Spencer Crook, his son Jason and his fiancé Colleen Read, his daughter Jennifer, his grandchildren Fallyn, Aliyah, Noah, and Tanner, and a wealth of sister and brother in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and other family.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 23, in the Driscoll Funeral Home 309 S. Main Street Haverhill  from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Service will take place at 6:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Michael Angeloni Memorial Fund. For guestbook, visit www.driscollcares.com
