Marilyn Ann (Pappalardo) McKay

Marilyn Ann (Pappalardo) McKay, 87, of Haverhill, passed away on Sunday January 25, 2026, at The Meadows at Edgewood Nursing Home, North Andover.

She was born in Lawrence on August 13, 1938, daughter of Thomas and Ann (Signorelli) Pappalardo.  Marilyn was educated at St. Patrick’s School, Lawrence.

Marilyn ran a successful Court Reporting business in Greater Lawrence for many years but was best known for her love of family.

Marilyn was predeceased by her husband of 39 years, John Grant McKay, Jr. of Haverhill.

She is survived by her sister Carolyn A (Pappalardo) Salvatore and her husband Frank of Florida, her daughters Valerie A. (Blomquist) O’Hara and her husband Richard Winters of Gilford, NH and Jayne A. (Blomquist) Andrews and her husband Alan of Haverhill; her stepchildren John W. McKay and his wife Wendy of North Conway, NH, Patricia A. (McKay) Firger and her husband Jon of Haverhill, Thomas J. McKay and his wife Rima of New York, and Douglas G. McKay and his wife Normita of Belmont; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 3, in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 So. Main Street, Haverhill, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Services will begin on Wednesday in the funeral home at 10:00 AM.
