HAVERHILL - Larry A. Wilson, 63, lifelong Haverhill resident, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by loved ones.
He was born in Haverhill on March 13, 1957, son of Arthur and Carolina (Kezik) Wilson. Larry was a graduate of Haverhill High School class of 1975. He worked for many years for B&W printing press in Georgetown.
Larry was an avid fisherman, especially enjoying the time he spent with his nephew Kenny fishing. His other activities include camping trips to Hermit Island with his brother and more recently with is nephew. Larry was a survivalist who loved the outdoors. Also, he was a World War II aircraft and memorabilia enthusiast. Like a true New Englander, he held a special place in his heart for the Patriots, Red Sox and Bruins. Most of all, he loved being with his family, and some of his favorite times were at cookouts or sitting around the firepit.
Larry is predeceased by the love of his life Linda Sheehan; also his late brother Dennis Wilson. In addition to his loving parents, he is survived by his siblings Arthur Wilson and wife Deborah of North Andover, Lisa Wilson of Haverhill, Cathy Carnes and husband Kenneth of Groveland and Mary Butterfield and husband David of Epping, NH; several nieces, nephews and one great niece.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 7, in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 S. Main Street, Haverhill from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Services will begin at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow in the Lithuanian Cemetery, Montvale Avenue, Haverhill. Please note to wear face coverings and social distancing measures will be in place.
