Jose Francisco Diaz, Jr.

HAVERHILL - Jose Francisco Diaz, Jr. 34, of Haverhill, MA, passed away unexpectedly on September 29, 2024. Born January 10, 1990, in Methuen, MA, he was the son of Maria Guzman-Morales and Jose Diaz, Sr. He was the stepson of John Morales.

Jose was a car enthusiast, known for always spending his free time working on his cars. If he wasn’t doing so, he was spending time with his family. Growing up, Jose enjoyed video games, playing baseball, and being a jokester. He was known for always cracking jokes and making people laugh. Jose enjoyed playing with his siblings, nieces and nephews. He was very protective of his family, especially his four sisters.

Survived by parents Maria Guzman-Morales, Jose Sr., & John Morales. Grandparents Donna Guzman and Gregorio Guzman, Sr.; siblings Gregorio Guzman, Jr., Jalissa Diaz, Jasmine Reynoso-Diaz, Jalenna Morales, Tanasia Morales and Jose ‘Jojo’ Morales; children Dominic Diaz (12) and Joshiah Diaz (11); nieces and nephews Julianna Figueroa, Julius Figueroa, Zavien Bueno, Zarius ‘Kai’ Bueno and Juliette Figueroa.

Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2024 in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 S. Main Street, Haverhill from 2:00 to 5:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to help cover funeral expenses and to help his boys. For guestbook, visit www.driscollcares.com
