John Anthony Bergeron

HAVERHILL - John Anthony Bergeron passed away Sunday, October 6, after a long courageous battle with Alzheimer’s.

John was born in Quantico, VA to Carol (Everett) Bergeron and the late Daniel Bergeron. John graduated from Timberlane High School in Plaistow, NH and Wenworth Institute in Boston, MA.

John was retired from R.J. Devereaux Corp. of Boston, MA. He was the beloved husband of Faye (Brooks) Bergeron for 47 years. Besides his wife, he leaves behind three children, Kerri Quevillon of Richmond, VA, Leigh Bohanan of Nashua, NH and Michael of Bradford, MA; nine grandchildren, Miranda, Maddison, Marin, Matthew, Mileah Quevillon of Richmond, VA. Patrick Nee of Amesbury, MA, Samantha Schworm (Chris) of Glen Allen, VA, Chris Bohanan of Bradford, MA and Olivia Cardoza of Salem, NH; three great-grandchildren, Emory of Richmond, VA, and Zachary and Ethen Schworm of Glen Allen, VA; three sisters, Susan (Mark) Lee (Todd) and Maryellen (Steve); one brother Thomas and wife, Lisa.

He will be greatly missed by all. I want to extend my thanks to all the nurses from hospice who took care of John. Special thanks to Theodora who with her kindness, caring and love, helped me through this tough journey.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 12, in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 S. Main Street, Haverhill from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. Service will begin at 3:00 PM. For guestbook, visit www.driscollcares.com
