Jodi Pierce

HAVERHILL - Jodi Pierce passed away suddenly at her home on July 3, 2024.

Jodi is survived by her husband Paul, son Edward Hoar and his wife Jolette Valdez of Houston, Texas, and her five kids (dogs) Dozer, Molly, Max, Harley, Maci. She is also survived by brothers John and his wife Ines Silvonic, Joe and his wife Laurie Silvonic, along with her uncles Joe Silvonic, Jimmy and his wife Sharon Silvonic, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Jodi was born on March 22, 1965 to John and Joanne Silvonic and raised in Lynn, Massachusetts. In 1993 she married the love of her life Paul after being together since 1987. Within those 37-years it was rare to see the two of them apart. To their closest friends they were known as the Governor and the 1st lady. Jodi loved being surrounded by her family and closest friends. What Jodi loved the most was spending time with her husband Paul. Whether that be at the beach, watching movies, working out, cruising around town in the car or on the bike, or just sitting at home telling stories and jokes.

Jodi was educated at Lynn Tech and moved to Haverhill with her husband Paul in 2000. Throughout her life she made it a point to take care of others. Jodi embodied the definition of what it means to be someone who cares. She was always one of the first ones you would hear from on your birthday and always made it a point to reach out to make sure you were well. She always put others first and it was easy to feel her love in everything she did. Her loss leaves a huge hole in the hearts that loved her and knew her. Our only solace is that she is resting in peace.

Service will be held on Saturday, July 13, in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 S. Main Street, Haverhill at 1:00 PM. Visitation will follow the service until 4:00 PM. For guestbook visit www.driscollcares.com
