Jessica McGinley

HAVERHILL - Jessica McGinley, 48, longtime Haverhill resident and Haverhill Public School educator, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 24, surrounded by her loved ones.

Jessica grew up in Medford and was a graduate of Medford High School. She went onto Johnson and Wales University where she received a degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality. She followed her career in hospitality as an Executive Chef and later as an Event Planner. After leaving  the hospitality field, Jessica went into Childhood Education.

Jessica is the cherished wife of Robert ‘Bob’ McGinley and loving mother of Brianna, Ryleigh and her fur babies, Toby and Tigre; daughter of Susan and Roy Krantz and Thomas and Katherine Wellnitz; granddaughter of Irene and the late Roger Bathalon; also survived by many aunts, uncles, family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 31, in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 S. Main Street, Haverhill from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Funeral Services will be Saturday in the funeral home beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Salem Street, Haverhill. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Jessica's favorite organization Salem Animal Rescue League in Salem, NH at www.sarlnh.org.
