It is with deep sorrow that we announce the unexpected passing of Jessica Hamilton on June 10, 2025 at the young age of 33. She was a bright and beautiful soul, whose laughter was contagious, and her absence is felt deeply by all who knew and loved her.
Jessica was a creative force — a gifted hairdresser with an eye for beauty and a heart that found expression in many forms. Whether she was writing poetry, painting, or simply sitting beneath a sunset sky, she lived with wonder and deep sensitivity. She found solace in nature and joy in bringing light to others. A passionate advocate for mental health, she was studying with the dream of one day guiding others through their own darkness. Her heart was wide open to the world’s pain and beauty alike, and everything she did was touched by that in the hope that she could help someone else feel less alone. Though her path was not without struggle, her life was filled with love, laughter, and moments of light that touched those around her. She had a heart full of empathy, a spirit full of adventure, and a depth of feeling that made her extraordinary and human.
She is now free from the weight that she carried — held in the arms of peace, surrounded by eternal love. We trust she has returned to the light, whole and healed, embraced by something far greater than this world’s suffering.
Jessica is survived by her father and mother Daniel and Jennifer DiBartolomeo of Plaistow, NH, her three boys that she loved so much, Parker, Ashton, and Oliver Hamilton of Kingston, NH, her brother Dennis DiBartolomeo of Plaistow NH, sister Sara DiBartolomeo and niece Milani DiBartolomeo of Amesbury, MA, and many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and friends all of whom will carry her memory in their hearts forever. She is now in heaven with her late papa Dennis Brandolini, grandfather Orlando DiBartolomeo, and Nana Christine Brochu.
In her honor, we ask that you be kind — to yourselves, to each other, and especially to those who may be silently struggling.
“Just a reminder in case your mind is playing tricks on you today: You matter. You’re important. You’re loved. And your presence on this earth makes a difference whether you see it or not.” -Unknown
