Glenn Lawrence Deane

LOWELL - Glenn Lawrence Deane, 61 years old, passed away unexpectedly in Lowell Massachusetts on December 25, 2023.

Glenn was born in Manchester, New Hampshire on June 17, 1962 to Larry and Elaine Deane.  He graduated from Londonderry High School, New Hampshire and soon after, studied to become an Electrician. He worked for a number of years as a licensed electrician. During the past 25 years he held a position as a Custodian at the Lawrence District Court and Lowell District Court. 

Glenn is survived by his wife, Deborah, his son, Gregory, his brother David Deane, sisters, Lynne MacInnis and Cheryl Paquette, along with their spouses, in addition to nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his father, Larry Deane and nephew, Bryant Paquette.

Glenn enjoyed playing his guitar and listening to his favorite rock group, “Queen.” He studied languages, such as Chinese, Spanish and Cambodian and was able to converse somewhat in these languages. He also loved history, and studying his own genealogy. In addition, he spent time traveling with his family; and as a devoted dad, he would often go on adventures with his son, Greg.

Glenn will be remembered as someone who loved to talk about all of his interests and hobbies, with just about anyone.  He also liked to tell his jokes.
