Elsa Maria (Perez) Gonzalez

Elsa Maria (Perez) Gonzalez, 47, of Lawrence, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. Born on December 16, 1977, in Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico, Elsa was the daughter of Felix and Carmen Perez. 

She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. While Elsa was unable to work due to health issues she found fulfillment in volunteering at church, her daughter’s school and community events. She lived a life full of love, gratitude, and joy in the company of her family and friends. Elsa was a devout Christian, and her faith was a constant source of strength and comfort. She was an active participant in church where she found a deep sense of community and purpose.  

Elsa is survived by her husband, Nicholas Gonzalez who she married January 21, 2018; her only child, Destiny (Perez) Rosario and her husband Eduardo Rosario. Her siblings, Maria (Perez) Garcia, Giovanni Perez, Shari Perez, Felix Perez, and Melissa Perez.

Elsa’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. We find comfort in knowing that Elsa has entered into eternal peace, embraced by Gods love.

Celebration of Elsa's Life will be held on Saturday, March 15, in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 S. Main Street, Haverhill from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. Words or Remembrance will begin at 3:30 PM. For guestbook, visit www.driscollcares.com
