Dora F. (Merrill) Michaud

HAVERHILL- Dora F. (Merrill) Michaud, 58, was born into eternal life on Saturday December 31, 2022, after a long battle with cancer.

Dora was born in Newburyport, Ma. On October 24, 1964, to Ernest and Helen (Souther) Merrill. She moved to Haverhill, Ma. and married Daniel R.

Michaud where she spent the rest of her life and raised 3 Amazing children, Joshua 31, Shauna 27 and Daniel 24. Her life's vocation was her family and her greatest work in life was as a wife, mother, Grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, Aunt, cousin and friend.

She touched the lives of everyone that she came in contact with. She had the most compassionate, loving personality and heart of gold. Her family was her main interest that always centered around their comfort and keeping the family together. Her door and home were open to everyone, and she welcomed them with open arms. She was a peacekeeper, always remained neutral and loved unconditionally to all who surrounded her in life.

She was the most generous person you would ever meet, who loved to laugh, dance and enjoy every day with a smile. She spent many years making beautiful memories with her family whether it be at the beach, having or going to cookouts, family outings and events, camping and mostly building a strong and loving home.

Her spirit will live on in the hearts of her husband Daniel R Michaud and their children Joshua Michaud and his girlfriend for over 10 years Alicia Majkut, Shauna Michaud and her grandson Jaylen and Daniel jr Michaud the youngest. Her brother Robert Merrill and Lori Rhodes, Kim Merrill, Heidi Merrill and Bill, Doug Merrill and Edna, Paul Merrill and Mel, also sister in-law Rockette Michaud, and two brothers in-law Joseph Michaud and Carol, Kevin Michaud and Kim and families. She also leaves behind aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a grandson Jaylen. Her love for family, her heart of gold, will live on in all of us in the memories we hold.
