Claire M. Boissoneau

GROVELAND - Claire M. Boissoneau passed away peacefully on September 13, 2024. She was born in Salem, Mass on September 12, 1932 to the late Bronislaus and Mary Kozlowski. She was married to the late Andrew L. Boissoneau in Salem, Mass on August 23, 1953 until his passing in 1993. She graduated from Our Lady of the Angels Academy in Enfield, CT in 1949. After graduation, she entered nursing training at St Elizabeth’s Hospital School of Nursing where she graduated and became a RN in 1953. She retired from Beverly Hospital in 1995. After she retired, she moved to Freedom, NH for many years. She eventually moved to Nichols Village in Groveland, Mass and lived there for many years. She leaves her son Mark D. Boissoneau and his wife Anne Marie, her daughter Andrea’ Boissoneau and her husband Yoichi and her daughter-in-law, Lisa Donlon Boissoneau. She was the devoted grandmother to Allison C. Boissoneau and her (significant other) Christopher Bourque and her grandson, Andrew J. Boissoneau and his wife Randi and their  twins, Carter and Max which made Claire a great-grandmother earlier this year. She also leaves her sisters Louise Vacca and Dorothy Dagnese and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Andrew and her beloved son Christopher M. Boissoneau. As per Claire’s wishes, there were no services. Burial was in North Beverly Cemetery. Contributions may be made in Claire’s memory, to any religious order as Claire’s faith was very important to her.
