Christopher Santosuosso Obituary

GROVELAND - Christopher J. Santosuosso, 85, passed away December 20, 2020 after a long and courageous battle with his health.

Christopher was raised in Revere, the son of Albert and Teresa Santosuosso. For the past 20 years he resided in Groveland with his devoted wife of 44 years, his soulmate and best friend Nina (Vanella) Santosuosso. Chris served 4 years in the Korean conflict, Strategic Air Force unit and worked and repaired the radar on the re-fueler planes. For decades Chris owned and operated a pool company, built houses, tried many other businesses even sold Christmas trees. He was truly an innovator. Chris always had a desire to go back to college at 74 and he earned two degrees in Computer Science and Engineering. He was dedicated to volunteering at the Bedford VA weekly helping fellow Veterans with computer learning. He brought treats to brighten their day. He was always so thoughtful to those less fortunate, loved cracking jokes to make people laugh. Christopher’s motto was, either saying “He did it his way” or “Oh happy day!”

In addition to his wife Nina, Christopher is survived by his children Steven Santosuosso, Richard Santosuosso and wife Lynelle and Donna (Whitney) D’Amato and husband Anthony; grandchildren Steven, Jr., Jason, Camille, Karlene, Richard, Marissa and husband Zach, Brianna and fiancé Pete, Mikaela and fiancé Tom and Anthony, Jr.; three cherished great-grandchildren; and siblings Albert, Joe, Jimmy, Karen and Nancy.
