Christine M. Rousselle

HAVERHILL - Christine Mary Rousselle, 72 of Haverhill MA passed away in her home on August 7th 2023. The daughter of John Popielarski and Susan Sabatino Popielarski, Christine is survived by her three daughters, Melissa, Clouthier with husband Shawn, Kristin Brown with husband Matt and Alisha Changara with husband Joe along with eight grandchildren, McKenzie, Aubrie, Camren, Brandon, Carter, Marquis, Evelyn and Elyse. Her sisters, Cynthia Marquis with Husband Raymond, Patricia Dizazzo and brother John Popielarski with wife Marie and nine nieces and nephews. 

Christine “Chris” was a graduate of Andover High School and had a lifelong career working in the Aerospace & Security Screening industries as a lead technician. When she wasn’t working, she spent much of her time by the ocean. The beach was one of her favorite places. She loved all animals, especially birds and had a particular soft spot for the occasional stray cat that crossed her path.  

Chris was a loving daughter, sister, mother and friend and although she was a private person, she was fiercely loyal and loved with all her heart. She was kind, generous and had an infectious laugh that will ring in our ears for long after the tears on our cheeks have dried. Rest easy Mom, we love you more than words could ever express.  

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 15, in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 S. Main Street, Haverhill from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Service will begin at 11:30 AM followed by a burial for immediate family. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the MSPCA in Memory of Christine Rousselle @ MSPCA
