Betty S. Konrad

NORTH ANDOVER - Betty S. Konrad, 75, passed away peacefully at home, on February 5, 2022, after a long battle with cancer.

She was born in Tarrytown, NY, the daughter of Ervin and Katherine Manca.

Betty worked for many years as a paraprofessional at the CREST Collaborative supporting special needs children. She found it very rewarding, and developed significant relationships with both the children and the staff.

She also was an avid crafter, involved in many clubs and informal gatherings. Those resulted in some outstanding craft designs/products, and acquisition of many new friends.

Summers were spent predominantly with relatives at the family cottage in Plymouth, Vermont, plus there were many days at the Salisbury beaches soaking up the sun with good friends.

Betty is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Bob; her two children, daughter Beth Brown and husband Mark of Candia, NH and son Rob Konrad and wife Tammy of Ocean Ridge, FL; four grandchildren Dakota, Taylor, Brooke, Gavin; and sisters Jean Kuehl of Sodus Point, NY and Carol Manca of Sleepy Hollow, NY.
