Haverhill: William J. Axtell, 50, formerly of Lynn, passed away on September 22, 2012 at Lakeview House Skilled Nursing & Residential Care Facility.

Born in Altoona, PA on November 2, 1961, Mr. Axtell was the son of Eileen (Shaffer) (Axtell) Wright and the late William A. Axtell.

Mr. Axtell had been employed as a cook, construction worker, and most recently as a limousine driver. He is survived by his mother, Eileen L. Wright and her husband Calvin.
