MERRIMAC: Wayne F. Marshall, 62, passed away on September 22, 2015 at the Country Center of Health & Rehabilitation in Newburyport.

Born in Haverhill on January 23, 1953, Wayne was the son of the late Robert F. and Marilyn (Young) Marshall.

Wayne graduated from Pentucket Regional High School, Class of 1971, and continued his education at Northern Essex Community College where he earned his Associate Degree as a Registered Nurse. His career in nursing spanned over thirty years working at the former Hale Hospital and Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital. He was a member of the Massachusetts Nurses Association.

Wayne is survived by his brother Terry P. Marshall and his companion Gretchen Loeffler of Albany, NH.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside Memorial Service on Friday, September 25th, at 11:00 a.m., at Hillside Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Dole, Childs & Shaw Funeral Home, 148 Main Street, Haverhill.
