ARLINGTON, MA: Varsanie (Chooljian) Adamian, 90, formerly of Haverhill, passed away on January 21, 2012 at Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington.

Mrs. Adamian was the wife of the late John J. Adamian.

Born in Haverhill on December 7, 1921, Mrs. Adamian was the daughter of the late Manoog H. a nd Almas (Keljikian) Chooljian. Mrs. Adamian and her family have owned and operated the Adams Fireplace Shop in Cambridge, MA for more than forty years.

She is survived by her son, Donald J. Adamian of Arlington; brother and sister-in-law Martin and Helen Chooljian of Princeton, NJ; sister, Sally Waldon of North Andover, and several nieces and nephews.

At the family's request services, and interment at Linwood Cemetery, will be private.
