GREENFIELD - Timothy Lindop, 58, of Greenfield MA, passed away August 23, 2014, with his family by his side. Tim was born March 25, 1956, in Nashville, TN, but lived most of his adult life in Western Mass. He was a graduate of UMass Amherst. Tim was a freelance video producer, working on a wide variety of corporate, news, documentary and network productions. Tim specialized in first person narrative videos, many which were broadcast locally and nationally on the "Real to Reel" program. His work took him all over the world - from events in Haiti and the Caribbean to projects in the Peruvian and Ecuadorian Amazon, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. Tim was also the author of "Autumn Love", published in Twilight Zone Magazine, November/December, 1984.

His surviving family members include his loving wife, Sonia Lindop, a, daughter, Angela and a son, Julian, both at home. He also leaves behind his mother, Ellen Flanders, his brothers, John Lindop of San Francisco, Chris Lindop of Milwaukie, WI, Francis Lindop of Malta, NY, Alex Lindop of Greenwich, NY and a sister, Mary Holmes of Saugerties, NY, along with many aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Our Lady of Peace Roman Catholic Church, 80 Seventh Street, Turner's Falls, MA at 10:0 0AM.
