NORTH ANDOVER: Terry A. Johnson, 79, formerly of New York and Haverhill, passed away on February 20, 2021 at Brightview North Andover.

Born in Manchester, NH on June 6, 1941, she was the daughter of the late H. Arnold and Emma (Talham) Johnson.

Terry attended grade school in North Andover and Haverhill, and graduated from Haverhill High School, Class of 1959. She then was accepted to the University of New Hampshire where she graduated with a degree as an Occupational Therapist in 1963, and ultimately went on to receive a Master's Degree from New York University in 1973. Terry then entered a successful career as an occupational therapist in hospitals in New York. After retiring Terry returned to this area to be near family members. Her varied interests included travelling, country line dancing and her love for animals.

Terry is survived by ten cousins living in MA, NH, FL, NC, VA, and many dear friends in NY, NH and across the country.

A private Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Hearts Church. Interment, and celebration of life will be in the family lot at Elmwood Cemetery at a later date.
