ANDOVER - Susan Irene Perkins, passed away peacefully May 5, 2020 at Bear Mountain Nursing Home, Andover, (formerly Wingate at Andover).

She was born on January 31, 1952, daughter of the late Emile Lemelin and Theresa (Corderre) Lemelin of Lawrence. Susan was raised in Lawrence but spend most of her life in Methuen and is a graduate of St. Anne's High School in Lawrence, class of 1969.

Her surviving family members include her loving children Melissa Perkins Kinney and husband Richard Kinney of Methuen, Jeffrey Perkins of Salem, NH and Heather Perkins of NH; cherished grandchildren Evan Ward, Ian Jaskal and Ava Perkins; and many nieces and nephews. Deceased family memebers include her sister Elaine Hayes and husband Stephen Hayes of Methuen, Joyce Morelle of Derry NH and Richard Lemelin of Methuen.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, reading, writing poetry, listening to music and relaxing to old movies on a Sunday afternoon and being involved with her community.
