HAVERHILL - Sean A. Palmer, 36, longtime Haverhill resident, passed away peacefully Thursday, January 9, 2020 with his family by his side at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

"Sean was the light of my life and I miss him so. He was a great and loving man. I was blessed by God to have had the privilege of bringing this unadulterated ray of life and joy into this world. I and many others experienced the wonderful aura he emitted and shared his joy of life. He brought joy to all those that were fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him as evidenced by the outpouring of love and support from his many friends and family. He was so very special in so many ways and had an unforgettable joyous laugh. He was smart and had a quick wit. If he wasn't laughing, he was making others laugh and putting people at ease. His light will never die. He fought so hard and so long to stay with us, but God must have needed another angel. Now he is at peace, deservedly so. Rest well my loving son.
