Newton, NH - Roscoe Morrison, 47, of Newton, N.H., passed away peacefully with his loving wife, Cathy, by his side on Friday, July 12, at Lahey Clinic in Burlington, Mass. Born in Methuen, Mass., he was the son of the late Robert Morrison and is survived by his mother, Barbara (Kidder) Ryan and her husband, Robert Ryan, of Tampa, Fla.

Roscoe was employed in the building and wrecking industry for more than 20 years. He was an avid motorcycle rider and loved spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren, family and friends. He donated much of his time to the Clean River Project, operating heavy equipment during cleanups along the Merrimack River.

Roscoe was predeceased by his two sisters, Bobbra Ryann and Valerie Jo, and most recently by his twin brothers, Russell J. "Rusty" Morrison of Methuen on May 14, 2013, and Ronnie J. Morrison of Tampa, Fla., on August 28, 2011.

Roscoe is survived by his wife, Cathy Morrison of Newton, N.H.; stepson, Danny; and daughter-in-law, Kellie; four grandchildren, Danny Jr., Joshua, Kassidy and Jaxon; his mother, Barbara (Kidder) Ryan and her husband, Robert G. Ryan, of Tampa, Fla.; four brothers, Robert "Joe" Morrison and his wife, Patty, of Georgetown, Richard "Rocky" Morrison and his wife, Paula, of Salem, N.H., Guy Ryan and his wife, Trish, of Gatesville, Texas, and Gard Ryan and his fiance, Leslie, of Tampa, Fla.; three sisters, Bobbie Koralishn and her husband, Steve, of Derry, N.H., and Robin Morrison and Bobbra Ryan of Tampa, Fla.; his aunts, Kathy Bell and her husband, Brad, and Patricia St. Pierre, both of Haverhill, Mass., Betty Ann Woodsum of Tampa, Fla.; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Liver Transplant Unit at Lahey Clinic in Burlington, Mass.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 19 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 So. Main Street, Bradford. Prayer service will begin at 8:00 PM.
