HAVERHILL - Robert A. Hackbarth, 66, died peacefully on October 21st, surrounded by his loved ones.

Robert was born in Hartford, CT and was the son of the late Henry Hackbarth and Jean (Lostocco) Hackbarth, He is survived by his wife Patricia (Reardon) Hackbarth: his daughters Kristi (Hackbarth) Melvin and her husband Joshua Melvin and Laura Hackbarth; his twin sister Robin (Hackbarth) Kelleher and her husband Bob Kelleher; his grandchildren Sadie, Evelyn, and Joshua Jr. and his aunts, uncle and cousins. Robert was raised in Wethersfield, CT and a long-term resident of Bradford, MA.

Robert loved to cook, always making enough food to share with his family and friends.  He will be remembered for his infectious laugh, devotion to his family and friends, and is beloved by many.

At his request, services will be private. Donations can be made in his memory to Tufts Medical Center at giving.tuftsmedicalcenter.org/give
