Obituary

HAVERHILL - Robert "Bob" Guertin, 66, of Haverhill, passed away peacefully after a brief illness at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House.

He was born on November 16, 1949, son of the late Victor and Dorothy (Riley) Guertin. Bob graduated from Haverhill High School, class of 1967 and worked for many years as a General Contractor. His interests included cooking, boating, the New England Patriots, traveling to his home in Abaco, Bahamas and spending time with his family.

Bob is predeceased by his wife Paula M. (Chase) Guertin. His surviving family members include loving children, Jeffrey Schena and his wife Kimberly of Kensington, NH and Mindi Schena of Newburyport; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Schena, Amanda Campano, Jamie Schena and Carlie Schena; great-granddaughter, Hazel Campano; siblings, Ronald Guertin and wife Barbara of Newburyport, Victor Guertin and wife Barbara of Haverhill, Dorothy Mugavero and husband Richard of Newburyport, Maureen Guertin of Haverhill, Marialice Rumore and husband James of Methuen and Richard Guertin of Newburyport; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 13 in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 So. Main Street, Haverhill, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Services will begin at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Bob's memory to Merrimack Valley Hospice https://hhf.thankyou4caring.org/GiveNow
