HAVERHILL - Robert C. Delisle, 83 of Haverhill, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 6, 2022 at Holy Family in Methuen. Born in North Adams, Bob was the son of the late Francis Delisle and Mary (Stay) Gregory. Raised and educated in North Adams, he was a graduate of Drury High School and later went on to get his Bachelor's degree at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Bob spent his entire professional career as a Physical Education Teacher at Gloucester High School.  He reveled in teaching and the connections he made with the students. He spent each day doing a job he truly enjoyed. Bob also loved skiing and for many years he took groups of students to Austria to do just that. He was quite a joker and a story teller and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Bob shared 55 years of marriage with his wife Sally (Levenson) who passed in 2019. He spent his final years living in Haverhill with his daughter, Jennifer N. Delisle where he watched the comings and goings on the Merrimack River.
