NEWTON - Richard Herbert "Dick" Forsyth of Newton, Mass, died on November 26, 2014. He is mourned by his family and a large number of friends, mostly from the Boston area where he has lived since 1960. The family plans a memorial gathering and celebration of his life in late January, 2015.
