HAVERHILL - Peter Biagio Sannizzaro Sr., 80, of Haverhill, passed away after a long illness on September 20, 2023. He leaves behind his wife of 41 years, Kathleen Walsh Sannizzaro, his six children, Rocky, Jacqueline, Juliette, Jenelle, Jillian, and Peter Jr., as well as many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Between the Boston Red Sox, Elvis, and his family, anyone who knew and loved Peter would be hard-pressed to rank his greatest passions, but you know damn well he'd never let you forget what they were! Son to Biagio Sannizzaro and his wife Kay, as well as Josephine Siracusa Rowsky and her husband Steve, Peter was proud of his Sicilian heritage, and always spoke fondly of his childhood growing up in and around East Boston. He also leaves behind siblings Stephanie, Anthony, Christine, Rita, and Patricia.
