Paul W. Cook, 73, of Haverhill, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2019.

He was born in Chelsea on September 5, 1945, son of the late William and Emily (Brodbine) Cook. Paul was a businessman who graduated from Boston College. He loved his family and trips to Florida. He will be dearly missed by all who love him.

Surviving family members include his loving wife Priscilla (Fitts) Cook; children Jennifer Cook of Haverhill and Christopher Cook of Haverhill; siblings Eileen Igoe, Karen Metro and Maura Azzaoui; and many nieces and nephews; predeceased by his siblings Kevin Cook and Brianne Cook.

Per his wishes, interment will take place privately in Linwood Cemetery in Haverhill. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Paul's memory to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute P.O.
