Haverhill: Niblo A. Piccirillo, 76, died Monday Evening at Anna Jaques Hospital. Mr. Piccirillo was the husband of the late Gertrude E. (Hackett) Piccirillo.

Born in Haverhill May 5, 1930, Mr. Piccirillo was the son of the late Generoso and Christina (Carapucci) Piccirillo.

He attended and graduated from both Haverhill High and Haveral Trade Schools. For over forty years he had worked in the shoe industry as a foreman at the Engel Lewis Counter Co. He then worked for the City of Haverhill as a custodian at the Haverhill High School before retiring in 1996.

Following retirement he worked part-time as a car transporter for Interstate Car Dealership, and had been a former Liquor Commissioner for the City of Haverhill. Mr. Piccirillo was a member of All Saints Church, and Sons of Italy Lodge.

He is survived by his children, Christine Hatch and Julie Piccirillo, both of Haverhill; son, Gerald Piccirillo and his partner Philip Jones, Jr., of Lawrence; grandchildren; Amanda and Ashleigh Hatch, Matthew Gogas and his wife Naomi, Derek Gogas; great granddaughters, Julia and Sarah Gogas; sisters, Maryann Guerrera of Philadelphia, Rita Grenier and her husband Archie of Plaistow, and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to Dole, Childs & Shaw Funeral Home, 148 Main Street, Haverhill, Saturday at 10:30 to be followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:30 at All Saints Church. Interment at St. Patrick's Cemetery. Calling hours 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
