HAVERHILL - Michelle Garland of Haverhill passed away unexpectedly at home on December 21, 2023 at the age of 46. She was the beloved daughter of Miriam and Bill Garland, wife of Laurel Sullivan and devoted sister to Michael and Lisa Garland.  Michelle was predeceased by her grandparents Helen and Edgar Garland and her uncle Edward Garland.  She was also predeceased by her grandparents Paul & Minnie Marderosian. She was a devoted companion and caretaker to her grandmothers Minnie & Helen. She will also be missed by her aunt and uncle MaryJane & Aram Marderosian and her cousins Paul, Corinne & Jessica.

Michelle was a graduate of Merrimack College. She became an EMT and was tirelessly helping others.  Her most recent career was with Local 4 Heavy Equipment Operators, Boston.

Michelle had varied interests in softball, soccer, swimming, and being a lifeguard. Michelle's zest for outdoor life made her an exemplary skier, snow mobiler and motorcyclist.  She loved riding her motorcycle with her favorite pet Stanley.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 4, in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 S. Main Street, Haverhill from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Services will begin Friday morning, January 5 in the funeral home at 10:00 AM. Funeral Service will be held in the Armenian Apostolic Church at Hye Pointe, 1280 Boston Road, Haverhill at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Linwood Cemetery, Haverhill.
