HAVERHILL - Matthew M. George passed unexpectedly on April 6, 2023. He was a 2020 graduate of Haverhill High School and attended Northern Essex Community College. Matthew enjoyed reading, theatre, music, movies, photography, and most importantly spending time with his family; which includes family dog, Lily, and cat, Ottis.

He is survived by his mother and father, Jodie and Brian, sister, Elizabeth, grandfather, Nick, aunts Kathy Murphy and Colleen Pinto, as well as several cousins and many people who will miss and remember him, including his boyfriend, Ryan.

He is predeceased by his grandparents, Judy and Jim Murphy; grandmother, Elizabeth "Betty" George; and uncle Robbie George.
