Haverhill: Mary A. (Bacigalupo) Pina, 50, died November 7th in a tragic house fire at her home. Mrs. Pina was the wife of Joseph E. Pina.

Born in Haverhill April 14, 1958, Mrs. Pina was the daughter of John H. Bacigalupo of Haverhill, and the late Dorothy (DeCosta) Bacigalupo.

Mary attended the Walter E. Fernald State School in Waltham, and worked as an assembler for Career Resources. For eighteen years Mary was a member of Portland Street Baptist Church where she faithfully attended the Friday Prayer Group. She worked at many church events, and enjoyed nurturing and watching over children.

Besides her husband of eighteen years Mary is survived by her brother Rev. John H. Bacigalupo, Jr. and his wife Tashika of Okinawa, Japan, James Bacigalupo of Haverhill; sister Margaret Bacigalupo of Haverhill, and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Helen Colley.

Friends are invited to the funeral Saturday 10:00 a.m. at Portland Street Baptist Church. Calling hours, at the church, Friday 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery.
