Haverhill: Marjorie I. (Beauregard) Richardson, 70, died peacefully June 11th at her home surrounded by her family.Mrs. Richardson was the wife of the late Robert L. Richardson.

Born in Cambridge, NY on December 6, 1938, Mrs. Richardson was the daughter of the late Joseph A. and Mary I. (Sharkey) Beauregard.

Mrs. Richardson was raised in Hampstead, NH where she lived for 15 years before moving to Merrimac, and then Haverhill where she lived most of her life. She had worked twenty years in Haverhill's shoe industry as a bench worker for several firms including Byron Shoe and Allen Shoe before her retirement in 1993. In her leisure time she enjoyed listening to a variety of music, gardening, completing puzzles, and took great pleasure in caring for wild birds.

She is survived by her children, Robert L. Richardson, Jr. and his wife Marybeth of Webster, MA, David J. Richardson and wife Nancy of Lowell, Elaine A. and Jonathan Long of Springfield, Mark Richardson of Haverhill and his fiance Jennifer Webb of Chelmsford; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the great grandmother of the late Damon K. and Alexis Richardson, and the sister of the late Ernest, Robert, Jack, Frank Beauregard and Elaine Lefebvre.

Friends are invited to the funeral Monday 12:00 noon at All Saints Church. Interment at Pine Grove Cemetery in Salem, NH. Calling hours Sunday 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Dole, Childs & Shaw Funeral Home, 148 Main Street, Haverhill.
