Lisa E. Sanborn, 59, of Georgetown, MA. passed away peacefully on July 4, 2026 surrounded by family.
It is with profound sadness and endless love that we announce the passing of Lisa Sanborn after a strong and courageous battle. We remember her as a devoted partner, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and cherished friend. While our hearts are broken, we take comfort in remembering the extraordinary woman she was and the countless lives she touched through her kindness, generosity, and unconditional love.
Lisa had a heart unlike any other. She was truly selfless, always willing to give the shirt off her back to help someone in need. No matter the time or circumstance, she was always there with a listening ear, a helping hand, or words of encouragement. Her compassion and generosity left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
She found her greatest joy in the simple things that brought people together. Lisa loved camping, photography, creating beautiful art, attending art classes with beloved friend Susan Kneeland, and spending time in the White Mountains, where she felt most at peace surrounded by nature. Above all else, she treasured every moment spent with her family and friends. Becoming a grandmother was one of the greatest blessings of her life, and she adored her grandchildren with all her heart. She also shared a special bond with her beloved dog, Jasper, and her grand dogs, Juniper and Bentley, who brought her so much happiness.
Lisa leaves behind her long time loving partner, Paul Tinker; her beloved sons, Nathan and Matthew Samoisette; her stepson, Patrick Tinker; her cherished grandchildren, Rylee Samoisette and Alana Samoisette; her devoted best friend, Sarah Hart; her loving aunt, Roberta Bateman; her brothers, Kevin and wife Jane Morse, and Scott Morse; her sister in law Deborah and husband Paul Cardone; her daughters-in-law, Francy Esteban and Stephanie Martinez; and many extended family members and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.
We will miss her smile, her laughter, her comforting presence, and the unwavering love she gave so freely. Though she is no longer with us in person, she will forever remain in our hearts.
