PELHAM, NH - Lata Rani Udhrain was born April 1, 1955 and she passed away on January 19, 2016, at the young age of 60. She lost her battle to cancer after fighting strong for 7 years.

She was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, aunt and friend. She leaves her parents, M.K. Sharma and Sheila Sharma, her husband, Dinesh Udhrain, her son, Ashish Udhrain, her daughter, Bhawna Udhrain Aggarwal, and their spouses, Amy Udhrain and Sumeet Aggarwal, and apples of her eye, her grandchildren, Sofia and Drazen Udhrain, her brother, Deepak Sharma, her sister, Usha Sharma. She was loved by all that knew her and she was one person that cherished all her relationships and lived life to the fullest.

Lata was a master of all trades, and concluded her work journey at Philips Medical Systems. Lata Udhrain was a wonderful and kind soul.

She loved unconditionally and her smile would light up the room. Her cooking was enjoyed and devoured by all and her flavors will live on with her family. "Dadi was too tired" and she is now with God. She will live forever in all our hearts. Her blessings, guidance and contagious smile will always be with her children and grandchildren.
