HAVERHILL - Kyratsoula (Lambrou) Bachtsevanos, 92, of Haverhill, passed away peacefully in her home on March 25, 2019, surrounded by her family.

Kyratsoula was born in Neapoli, Kozani, Greece on November 11, 1926, daughter of Konstantinos and Petrou Lambrou. In 1967, she immigrated to Manchester, NH with her family. In 1981, she moved to Haverhill with her late husband, Theodoros.

She enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, knitting, ironing, summer trips to Greece and took pride in making some of the tastiest koulourakia (butter sugar cookies). Kyratsoula worked at Samuel Roberts until 1989 when she retired to take care of her grandkids.

Her surviving family members include her loving children Toula Papaefthemiou and husband Vasilios Papaefthemiou and Savas Bachtsevanos and wife Cathy; cherished grandchildren Chrysanthe Andersen and husband Todd, Andrew Papaefthemiou and wife Florencia, Theodore, Alexander and Christopher; great-grandchildren Lukas, Nathan, Matias, and Sofia; brother Kyriakos Dongas and wife Theologia of Manchester, NH.

Kyratsoula's greatest passion and treasure was her family. She couldn't give or do enough for her children and grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.

Visiting hours will be Wednesday, March 27, in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 So. Main Street, Haverhill from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Services will begin Thursday morning in the Holy Apostles Sts. Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church, 154 Winter Street, Haverhill at 11:00 AM. Please meet at the church. Interment will follow in Linwood Cemetery, Haverhill.
