HAVERHILL: Kenneth S. Etter, 85, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2024 at Hannah Duston Healthcare Center.

Born in Everett, MA on August 29, 1939, he was the son of the late Walter B. and Hazel I. (Snow) Etter.

Kenny attended Haverhill Trade School and served as a member of the U.S. Air Force. For thirty years he worked as a maintenance mechanic at the former Haverhill Paperboard before retiring in 2005.

Kenny spent time with family and friends and enjoyed the fellowship at Crescent Yacht Club where he was one of the oldest/ longest members.

Kenny is survived by his son, Stephen Etter of CA; siblings, Robert W. Etter and his wife Sara of Columbia, SC, Dr. Richard R. Etter and his wife Margaret of Colorado Springs, CO, Florence J. "Honey" Etter of Concord, NH, Carole A. Cocozza of Haverhill and several nieces and nephews including Lynn Somma and husband Anthony (Toni) of Haverhill. He was the brother of the late Jane Etter, Betty Etter and Mildred Walker
