HAVERHILL - Katherine M. Clarkson, 51, of Salisbury, formerly of Bradford, passed away at her residence on Sunday afternoon, June 17, 2012.

Katherine was born in Malden on August 18, 1960, daughter of the Thomas H. and Eileen A. (Comeau) Clarkson of Bradford. She was raised in Bradford, attended Haverhill schools and a graduate of Haverhill High School, class of 1978.

Katherine has worked for several years at ABC Print and Mobil Oil of Bradford. Her activities included photography, rescuing animals, caring for her family, but most of all she loved being a mother.

Her surviving family members in addition to her parents include her loving husband, David Coleman of Salisbury; daughter, Megan Coleman of Salisbury; siblings, Margaret Cesati and her husband Michael of Haverhill, Mary Letares and her husband John of Manchester, NH, Thomas D. Clarkson of Bradford and Elizabeth Campbell and her husband Steven of Concord, NH; in-laws, Margaret Robart, Robert Coleman, Mary Begly and Matthew Coleman; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday morning, June 22, beginning in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 So. Main Street, Bradford at 10:00 AM. Catholic Funeral Rites will be offered at the funeral home at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Salem Street, Bradford. Visiting hours will be held Thursday in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 So. Main Street (Rte. 125), Bradford, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
