WOLFEBORO, NH: June E. Letoile, 87, formerly of Hampstead, NH, passed away December 20,2022 at Genesis Wolfeboro Bay Center. She was the wife of the late Police Chief William J. Letoile, Jr.

Born in Shelburne, MA on July 8, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Theodore D. and Amy E. (Brown) Dyer.

June was a graduate of Berwick High School in Berwick, ME.  She lived in North Berwick, ME before moving to Hampstead in 1964 where she lived for 58 years before moving to Wolfeboro to be closer to her family. For many years she worked as a dispatcher and secretary at the Hampstead Police Department. In earlier years June worked at Hannah Duston Nursing Home in Haverhill, and at Sara Care in Hampstead.

June was a faithful member of Island Pond Baptist Church serving as treasurer for many years. She was a member of Haverhill Rotary Ann's while supporting her husband during his many years of membership. June enjoyed her house on Lake Winnipesaukee and cottage in Conway, NH where she organized countless gatherings and dinners. June enjoyed the time spent with her husband traveling time to Bermuda with friends, various Rotary trips, and time on the golf course. June supported her children as they grew and enjoyed attending their various sporting events.

June is survived by her children, William Letoile and his wife Jennifer of Wolfeboro, NH, Glenn Cutting and his wife Jill of Georges Mills, NH, Michael Cutting and his wife Lisa; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
