ANDOVER - Joseph D. Schwartz, 69, longtime Andover resident passed away on October 15, 2015, at the Lawrence General Hospital. Joseph was born in Cambridge on June 7, 1946, son of the late Cyril and Margaret (Stack) Schwartz. He was raised in Somerville attending Catholic Schools, and a graduate of the Don Bosco Technical High School, Boston.

He is a Veteran having served in the United States Air Force. Joseph completed his undergraduate education at Northeastern University, and his Master's Degrees at Suffolk University and Boston University. He worked for many years as a Business Consultant throughout the Boston area.

Joseph's surviving family members include his loving wife, Ann F. (Foley) Schwartz of Andover; cherished sons, Nicholas Schwartz of Boston and Christopher Schwartz of Andover; siblings, Mary Farr of Peabody, Richard Schwartz and wife Florence of Stoughton and Joanne Schwartz of Somerville; several nieces and nephews.

His funeral will be held Tuesday morning, October 20, beginning in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 So. Main Street, (Rte. 125), Bradford at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Augustine Parish, Essex Street, Andover at 11:00 AM.

Interment will be private. Visitation will be Monday in the funeral home from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
