HAVERHILL - John K. Pitcher, 48, longtime Haverhill resident, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones after a lengthy illness.

John was born on October 26, 1969 in Cottage Grove, OR, son of Linda (Pershall) Phillips and the late Norman Pitcher. Loving husband for many years to Samantha (Hersch) Pitcher.

He worked as a Project Manager / Carpenter and enjoyed his career. His activities included muscle cars, mechanics, camping, ice fishing, but most of all he was dedicated to his family and friends and will be remembered as a kind and gentle soul, always offering a helping hand to any one in need. John will be greatly missed by all that love him.

His surviving family members include his cherished wife Samantha Pitcher of Haverhill; daughter Nevaeh Pitcher of Haverhill; mother Linda Phillips of OR; and sister Cindee Pitcher of OR.
