ANDOVER - John Carideo, 74, of Lynn and resident of Andover, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 11, 2020.

​John was born in 1945, was a loved member of the WORK Inc. family since 2002. John lived with his 2 friends and roommates, Robert and Bobbie for 17 years in Andover before moving into a larger home with his four roommates Amy, Pam, Robert and Robert. He had attended Buttonwoods Adult Day Health in Haverhill and was currently attending Class in Lawrence

He had an infectious and friendly smile and never met a stranger! He would be caring, talkative and welcoming to everyone he would meet. He enjoyed dancing, singing  and listening to rock and roll music and was a huge fan of Elvis! He loved attending the Friday night karaoke at local clubs and was a regular attendee for many years. Even when John didn't attend the club, he would enjoy singing Karaoke at home with his friends. John enjoyed traveling to visit various tourist attractions around New England and was particularly fond of the beach especially Salisbury and Hampton beaches.

John was close to all staff along with his Guardian Jane Barry. A special thanks to all staff for the great care they provided to him. John will be greatly missed by his roommates and close friends.
